UNIT REVAMPS
Agreement for preliminary work signed for Estonian refinery.
The agreement between Estonian mining firm Eesti Energia and shale oil company Viry Keemia Group with Italy's company KT Kinetics Technology will allow preliminary work for a planned refinery to begin this summer.
